When you book through the portal you may choose the additional products of your choosing, here is som information about them:
Half board is a discounted package price that includes made beds with towels, as well as breakfast and dinner. This package price applies to a minimum stay of 2 nights. The Package Price Lunch (P-P-Lunch) includes a packed lunch and a thermos at a combined price. You prepare the packed lunch yourself during breakfast. Bed linen can be booked so you don't have to bring your own bedding and towels. Bed linen includes sheets plus one large and one small towel.
We reserve the right to make changes to bookings. If we need to move a booking, it will always be upgraded to an equivalent or higher-standard room.
Cancellations and changes for bookings
Orders are binding on both parties.
Arrival is considered to be at 15:00 on the day the stay is booked for.
The total price for the stay is calculated based on the price offered for board and lodging, minus any discounts.
Cancellation 15 days or more before arrival: 0% of the total price of the stay
Cancellation 4-14 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total price of the stay
Cancellation 1-3 days prior to arrival: 75% of the total price of the stay
Cancellation 24 hours or closer to arrival, or no-show: 100% of the total price of the stay
We are happy to assist with moving your stay 1-2 days forward or backward in time as long as this is notified well in advance (at least 1 week prior). Changes on shorter notice or for longer periods may incur fees.
